Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver throughout South Africa
  • Delivery outside the Western Cape / Garden Route may:
    • Incur additional charges
    • Require extended lead times

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are:
    • Calculated based on location, size, and weight
    • Provided on your quote or at checkout

⚠️ Heavy items such as fireplaces and flue systems may require specialised transport, which will be quoted accordingly.


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery times:
    • Western Cape / Garden Route: 2–5 working days
    • Other regions: 3–10 working days

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Supplier availability
  • Transport logistics
  • Weather or unforeseen delays

4. Delivery Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring:

  • Safe and accessible delivery access
  • Someone is present to receive and sign for the goods
  • Adequate manpower if required (for heavy units)

⚠️ Additional costs may apply if:

  • Delivery fails due to no access or no one present
  • Re-delivery is required

5. Offloading of Goods

  • Standard delivery includes offloading at ground level only
  • Placement inside the property is:
    • Not included unless arranged in advance
    • Done at the client’s own risk

6. Inspection on Delivery

  • All goods must be inspected immediately upon delivery

If there is any damage:

  • It must be reported within 48 hours
  • The client must provide photo/video proof
  • Damage must be clearly visible before installation or use

⚠️ Claims will not be accepted after:

  • Installation
  • Use
  • The 48-hour reporting period

7. Risk & Ownership

  • Risk transfers to the client upon delivery
  • Fired Up Collective is not liable for:
    • Damage after delivery
    • Improper handling or storage

8. Collection Option

  • Clients may arrange collection from our premises by prior arrangement
  • Once collected, the client assumes full responsibility for:
    • Transport
    • Handling
    • Any damages thereafter

9. Delays & Liability

Fired Up Collective will not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier or transport providers
  • Supplier delays
  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances
