1. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Quotes exclude any additional work not specified
  • Transport and installation costs may vary depending on site conditions

2. Orders & Payment

  • Full payment or agreed deposit is required before:
    • Delivery
    • Collection
    • Installation
  • Fired Up Collective reserves the right to withhold goods or services until payment is received in full

3. Delivery

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
  • The client must ensure:
    • Safe and accessible delivery access
    • Someone is present to receive goods

⚠️ Fired Up Collective will not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Suppliers
  • Weather conditions
  • Transport issues

4. Installation

  • Installation will be carried out based on:
    • Site conditions at the time
    • Approved quotation
  • Any additional work required (e.g. structural changes, extra flue components) will be:
    • Quoted separately
    • Charged accordingly

⚠️ The client is responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with building regulations if required
  • Obtaining any necessary approvals

5. Use & Maintenance

  • Fireplaces must be:
    • Operated according to guidelines provided
    • Serviced regularly

⚠️ Failure to maintain or correctly use the unit may:

  • Void warranties
  • Create safety risks

6. Warranty

  • All products carry manufacturer warranties (where applicable)
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Incorrect installation (by third parties)
    • Misuse or negligence
    • Lack of maintenance
    • Normal wear and tear

7. Returns & Refunds

  • All returns are subject to the Fired Up Collective Returns Policy
  • No returns on installed or used units
  • A 15% restocking fee applies where applicable

8. Limitation of Liability

Fired Up Collective will not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of property or income
  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or poor maintenance

⚠️ Fireplaces are inherently a fire hazard if not used correctly.
The client accepts full responsibility for safe operation.


9. Ownership of Goods

  • All goods remain the property of Fired Up Collective until paid in full

10. Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled after confirmation may be subject to:
    • Administrative fees
    • Loss of deposit
  • Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled once ordered

11. Force Majeure

Fired Up Collective will not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Supplier delays
  • Transport disruptions

12. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting a quote, making payment, or proceeding with installation, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms of Service.
